These Terms govern the use of OpiFluent, an AI-powered language learning platform, accessible at opifluent.com.
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
OpiFluent provides an AI tutor for learning languages (A0 to B1 CEFR levels), interactive exercises, flashcards, survival mode, and preparation for official language exams. The free plan offers limited access; Premium and Intensive plans offer extended access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility. In case of unauthorized use, contact us immediately.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your profile. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
Prohibited: using the service for illegal purposes, attempting to circumvent limitations (XP farming, API abuse), sharing your account, automating requests to our API.
All educational content (message chains, exercises, WOTD) is the property of OpiFluent. The AI uses Gemini (Google DeepMind) under license.
OpiFluent does not guarantee the accuracy of all AI responses. The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any educational errors. HARNO exam preparation is indicative.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile (GDPR Art. 17). We réservé the right to suspend accounts for abuse.
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts.
