Estonian Exam Pack A2 + B1
Prepare for the HARNO format, with detailed feedback on your writing
Listening, reading, writing and speaking, at A2 and at B1, under the clock. One payment of 59 €. Six months of access. No subscription.
Both levels, 6 months of access, no subscription. Already have an account? Log in and the pack will be offered to you.
🆓 The exam is free
HARNO charges nothing to sit the A2 or B1 exam. A result below 45% can mean a six-month wait before another attempt.
🛂 A2 is now required
Since 1 January 2026, A2 Estonian is required for the residence permit to settle permanently in Estonia. B1 is required for citizenship.
📅 Next sessions
A2 on 7 November 2026, B1 on 8 November 2026. Registration for the 2027 exams opens on 1 January 2027.
What is in the pack
Practice all four papers at both levels. Listening and reading have answer keys; writing receives detailed feedback. Speaking practice includes self-assessment and separate conversations with the tutor.
🎧 Kuulamine, listening
20 spoken dialogues across A2 and B1, played in Estonian, with 98 comprehension questions.
📖 Lugemine, reading
18 reading passages and 90 questions, on the everyday situations the exam uses.
✍️ Kirjutamine, writing
6 writing tasks with the minimum word count of the exam, with detailed feedback on task coverage, length, content and language, using an OpiFluent practice rubric.
🎤 Rääkimine, speaking
10 speaking prompts, from introducing yourself to defending an opinion, with recording and self-assessment. Practise separately with the voice tutor.
OpiFluent is not affiliated with HARNO. Practice material follows the published exam format; it is not a past paper and does not replace official assessment.
